Electricity and Magnetism I

يهدف هذا المقرر الى اعداد الطالب لتقبل الاساسيات المتقدمة في مجال الكهربائية والمغناطيسية. يتضمن المقرر علي اساسيات حساب المتجهات و حقول المجهات الرياضية, الكهرباء الساكنه, طرق حساب الجهد و المجال - معادلات لابلاس - طريقة الصورة و التحليل بدلالة ممتعدد الافطاب. كما يتضمن دراسة الكهربائية الساكنة في المواد. 

The objective of this course is to give the student an introduction to the subject of electromagnetic fields emphasizing the fundamental concepts. The course includes the study of Vector analysis, Electrostatics, work and energy, Special techniques in calculating potential ( Laplace's equation, the method of images ), Electromagnetic fields inmater ( Polarization, electric displacement, linear dielectrics ).
